2:00 Half Marathon Training Plan

Here is a free half marathon training plan designed to get you to the finish line in 2:00.


This plan would be best for someone who is currently able to run 5 miles easily, looking to start adding in some speed work, and wanting to run 4 days a week.

The runs are placed on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and a long run Sunday.


Thursday is the speed work day so add in a lower body workout on that day so you can keep the harder days hard for recovery purposes.
