I’ve been working with Lia for a couple months now & I highly recommend. She came up with a custom training plan for my half marathon and it’s helped me a TON with my speed & endurance. In addition, she has been the best cheerleader and support system, keeping me motivated the whole way through! After following her training plan & having her support along the way, I am confident I am going to crush my race & can’t wait to celebrate with her after!

So thankful for Lia’s help as I train for my upcoming race!! I’ve been running for about 20 years, but I recently took a year off from training for a race. I was having trouble getting back into it when I committed to running a half marathon in December. With Lia’s plan, coaching, and accountability it didn’t take long to get back on track-and actually even faster than what I’ve been running recently! She’s helped me shave some time off of my pace, and I can’t wait to run my race !!

I had been following Lia for a long time and knew that when I signed up for me firat marathon, I would turn to her for coaching and I’m so glad I did. With Lia, you get the trifecta: someone who is actively living the daily challenges you are facing, but also someone who has come out the other end and knows just what’s possible for herself and for you. The best part: she offers so many flexible options and tailors your plan to you and your goals. There’s no pushing of an agenda, no ego with her. But you will get tons, and I mean tons, of: reassurance, guidance, normalizing of your experiences, accountability, and fire-burning motivation because she believes in you and is invested in you. I can’t think of a more qualified and yet funny, relatable and deeply understanding coach for mom runners out there. 15/10 would do it again. And she never asked me to write this!

Working with Lia this spring and summer has been a game changer for me. For much of my adult life, I have always been a runner, but after years away from running (school, mom life, full time jobs, worrying about everyone else first), she really kept me accountable and motivated, helping me balance my busy life with a full-time job and two little ones at home. Her encouragement and practical tips made it easier to push through the challenges, like sickness and a packed schedule. When my running plan wasn’t working out - she changed it up a bit. When things got too busy at work or home, or the kids got sick - we worked together to make a plan.  Thanks to her support, I reached my running goal in just a few months, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made!

Working with Lia for my first marathon was such a great experience. I had a lot of anxiety and self doubt about whether or not I would be able to accomplish this goal, but throughout my training, she was able to build my confidence and ensure my fuel plan would get me through race day. I don’t feel burnt out and I’m eager to come back after such an intense block due to her amazing coaching.
