16 week Full Marathon Plan

Here is a 16 week full marathon training plan. It is just a general plan. If must be able to run 3-5 miles comfortably already before starting this plan.


There are 2 rest days, one mid week and one after the long run. I have the long run placed on Saturday but feel free to switch it to Sunday. If you do that then take Monday off and move each run down a day on the schedule. This plan has no speed work it is designed as time on your feet.
